"On the Rocks" is a spacious, new luxury cabin in the popular Timber Creek Trails South development near Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park. The cabin sleeps 16 comfortably; all in beds. There are also large couches in the living room for extra folks. This gorgeous cabin, built on a hillside, is surrounded by the beautiful towering pines and hardwoods of the Ouachita National Forest. Friends, family and children will surely enjoy all the space available for both indoor entertainment and outdoor activities.

This spacious, luxurious cabin features open floor plan throughout the roomy living, dining and kitchen area. The master King bedroom is located downstairs and has a private full bath with a walk-in shower. Also located downstairs is a Queen bedroom and full bath. There is also a sleeper sofa in the family room. Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms; 2 King bedrooms and bunk room with a Queen bed, Twin bunk, and a trundle bed. There is also a day bed with a pull out trundle in the loft. So, you can sleep 11 upstairs.

The main family room is surrounded with floor to ceiling windows, a stunning gas-log fireplace, a 55" flat screen Television with Direct TV, two large leather sofas, and accent chairs. The large kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to create a wonderful meal for friends and family. The dining table seats 10 with additional seating at the spacious kitchen island. You can also enjoy covered outside dining! There is certainly more than enough room available to entertain your entire family!

Guests will find many options to relax and enjoy a great night's rest in any one of the 5 bedrooms at "On the Rocks". The game room upstairs overlooks the downstairs living area and features a day bed with a pull out trundle, a shuffleboard table, and a video game system for family fun. There are also 2 full baths upstairs. The cabin sleeps 16 comfortably; all in beds!

Outside entertainment includes a large hot tub under cover on the main covered patio with an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and television. Guests will enjoy roasting s'mores around the large fire pit. And, they can challenge each other to a game of horseshoes and corn hole near the fire pit and outside patio. Around the front side of the house is also an outside seating area perfect to enjoy a peaceful morning with that first cup of coffee. The views from the patio, fire pit, and porch area are simply amazing. Because the cabin is truly built on a hillside, you are surrounded by a luscious forest ready to be explored!

Well first off there was rain and tornados all through texas the day of our stay. I called ahead to see if I could come early to avoid the dangerous weather. Whoever I spoke to was very kind and allowed me to check in a couple of hours early. We used all the amenities and everything worked smoothly. The property was very clean but there were a few spots here and there that were muddy. Overall 10/10 my friends and I had a fabulous time and we will be back

We loved the well stocked kitchen, jacuzzi, fire pit, Foosball table, outdoor patio, upstairs arcade game and wraparound porch. The cabin was spotless, comfy and within 10 miles of the state park and lake. We weren't able to find a mop for a few spills and would have liked more bath towels and trash bags for our large family but overall a very pleasant stay.

We have stayed here twice now. The size is perfect for our party of 9. The cabin feels cozy with plenty of space for all of us. The washer and dryer are new, and work fabulously! We had all the kitchen equipment we needed to cook all kinds of meals. I would suggest bringing your own butcher/kitchen knife. The knives on site are dangerously dull. Overall, this is a really nice place. We will stay here again.

We just returned from our stay at "On the Rocks". There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 6 grandkids. The cabin is beautiful with plenty of space and with a very well-stocked kitchen. It was very clean and had a warm, inviting feel. There is also a shuffleboard table in the game room. The foosball game is on the deck outdoors. The hot tub is big and was a huge hit. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cabin and the nearby restaurants and shops. It is easy to get to, but the road to the cabin needs some repair. The manager was great to work with and prompt in answering any questions. We would definitely return and highly recommend this cabin.

We enjoyed this cabin and will definitely come back! We had 8 adults, 6 kids and 2 dogs and everyone felt like we had plenty of space. We loved the outdoor area and loved that it was flat and right off the kitchen area. Can’t wait to come back to broken bow!

Overall we were happy about our stay and would recommend it. The house was clean and the layout was great. Definitely need to bring your own paper goods (paper towels, toilet paper etc) and you need to bring anything you may need to cook with as far as condiments/oils etc. There isn’t an instantpot or air fryer and the blender is pretty weak. But there is plenty of dishes/glassware and cooking utensils. The fragrance on all the towels/sheets was very strong and overwhelming, hopefully they can switch to unscented detergents in the future. WiFi was great and plenty of TVs. Hot tub worked great and the fire pit was used every night! Heads up on the steep roads with major potholes...I would not want to drive anything but an suv on the roads. There are lots of rentals close by so it was a bit rowdy at night but you couldn’t see any of the neighbors so that made it better.

We had a 3 family get together with 6 adults & 6 kids. Had plenty of room! Loved the beautiful Christmas tree! Our favorite place was the outside deck with the fireplace & tv! Also loved the fire pit with wood provided. We will definitely return!
