Located on Carson Creek road only 1 mile away from Broken Bow Lake, Sunshine & Serenity is the perfect relaxing retreat for any group of family or friends. This brand new 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, modern luxury cabin is breathtaking. As you enter Sunshine & Serenity, you’ll be greeted with a bright open floorplan living/kitchen area. In the living area, you’ll find an inviting sectional, perfect for cozy movie nights, as well as a beautiful gas log rocked fireplace with a TV mounted above the mantle. In the kitchen area, there is a dining table with seating for 6, additional seating for 2 guests at the bar. You’re sure to enjoy the kitchen as it is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to prepare and serve a delicious meal.
Just off the living room, you’ll find a bunk room with two full size bunks. This room also features a mounted TV for guests to enjoy. The next bedroom features a king size bunk bed with two king size beds, a mounted TV, and its own ensuite bathroom. These king size bunks are sure to amaze! The bathroom features a beautiful custom time walk-in shower and double vanities. In the Master bedroom, you’ll find a luxurious king size bed, beautiful feature windows, a mounted TV, and its own ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a beautiful black and gold themed custom tile walk-in shower and double vanities.

  Such a chic and comfortable house. Perfect for our two families with small children. Having en suite bathrooms in both of the primaries is a big plus. I appreciated the owners had indoor and outdoor games for the kids to play. The “know before you go” email described having some pantry items already stocked, and since we planned on cooking all our meals, I was unsure of what I’d really need to pack grocery wise. I’m glad I ended up bringing flour, oil, ziplock baggies, Clorox wipes, etc. because the pantry items ended up being a few spices, coffee beans, sugar, creamer and cooking spray. Not a detraction to our experience, but thought it would be helpful for future guests. I also thought the placement of the bunk ladder in what I’m assuming most people would use as the kids room was a little unsafe. We have two 5 year olds and they got really close to hitting the fan blades while climbing up and down to the top bunk. It wasn’t a problem to just leave the fan off, but I do feel this placement could have been planned better. Again, not a negative to our trip, just good to know. I really liked having all the information I needed in the recommended app, it made it to where I felt completely in the know and didn’t have anxiety about what the expectations were. The beds were SUPER comfy. I’d love to know where the plush blankets were from. The house was very clean, I love everything about the design. The only thing I found slightly confusing was locking the door on the way out. The instructions said to press the lock button, but I didn’t see one that said “lock”, so we tried the faint check mark and X buttons before figuring out the “Schlage” icon was actually a button and indeed the “lock” button. Overall VERY satisfied and happy with our experience.

  This place is fantastic. The home is new, bright, and very clean. The back deck is also very large with a grill, outdoor TV and hot tub. We’ve stayed in many Broken Bow area cabins and this is one of our favorites so far. It has a King over King bunk bed in one of the bedrooms which is unique.

  Beds were very comfortable. ahigh quality linen etc.
  AC worked great.
  Only thing that did not work well were knives. but we were able to cut with more muscle work!

  As soon as we pulled up we knew this was going to be great cabin, and we were not disappointed! From the outside it has a very modern cabin feel. There are plenty of tall, mature trees that offer shade but still allow natural light to flow in the windows.
  Stepping inside you are greeted with an entirely open floor plan, complemented by very tall ceilings. The interior decor is modern but comfortable. Plenty of windows surround you with tons of natural light. The couch in the living area can easily sit 6 people, and off to the side is another seating area where you can read a book and enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen has all the accommodations and appliances needed to prepare any meal.
  Right off the living room, you have a large bunk room with plenty of space. Towards the back of the cabin you have 2.5 bathrooms and two more bedrooms as well as a full size washer and dryer. The 1/2 bathroom is a great size and well appointed. The main bedroom features a beautiful en-suite bathroom, a king size bed, and tons of extra room. The 2nd bedroom is an oversized bunk room with a matching en-suite. The bunks are king size beds!
  
  Off the kitchen is a very large covered deck with a gas fireplace, couch, tv, hot tub, and grill. There is so much room on this deck!
  
  This is a top-notch cabin, and everything was clean and well thought-out.
  It had all that we needed, inside and out, and is definitely a cabin that we will be returning to!
