Lonesome Dove Lookout is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin that sleeps up to 6 guests. As you enter the cabin, you’ll be greeted by a beautiful open-concept kitchen/dining area. You’re sure to feel right at home in the kitchen with brand-new stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is also fully stocked with everything you’ll need to prepare and serve a meal, from pots and pans to plates and flatware. There is a dining table with seating for up to six guests, with additional seating available at the bar.
Just past the kitchen area, you’ll find the living area. The living area features a beautiful, rocked gas-log fireplace, luxurious oversized sectional, and large 70 inch Samsung TV. This is the perfect set up for a cozy evening of relaxation or even a movie night, Lonesome Dove is a favorite if you’re looking for suggestions.
The master bedroom features a luxurious king size PURPLE brand mattress and a flat screen TV. The master bedroom also has its own ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a stunning custom tile walk-in shower, along with double vanities. The second bedroom also features a luxurious king size PURPLE brand mattress and flat screen TV. The second bathroom features a tub/shower combo and vanity. There are also two twin rollaway beds.
On the back deck, you’ll find an amazing view of the beautiful forest and rolling hills. You’re sure to enjoy this serene view from the relaxing six person hot tub, or patio furniture. The custom built Jack Daniels bar is sure to be a hit as well! The rocked gas-log fireplace and TV atop the mantle are sure to make cool nights on the deck cozy! The outdoor chef of the group is sure to love the gas grill with propane provided. There is also an oversized wood burning firepit off the deck that is perfect for campfire stories and s’mores!

  Great Cabin! Location was perfect, Nice patio space, comfy beds, and roads were great getting to cabin. Also enjoyed the view of the top of the trees on the back patio and setting by the gas fire place. Friendly owner. Would definitely stay again. :)

  We chose this rental for the view and it did NOT disappoint! It was absolutely breathtaking. There are cabins around (as they all are that way) but it felt secluded with the view. The cabin was very clean, we had zero issues other than trying to figure out how to lock the front door. I called the line and they were easy to get ahold of and able to help. It’s a steep decline to get to the cabin and steep to leave, but as long as the weather is good there should be no problem. I’d definitely recommend staying here and we would love to come back!

  Very nice cabin! Had everything you could possibly need except for hot water and good water pressure in the bedroom walk in shower. Awesome area, awesome scenery, vey clean cabin, comfortable beds and furniture. Aside from the water and shower situation it was amazing! Very very nice and worth the extra money.

  Such a great cabin! We have been to many and this is our favorite! I loved being nestled in the hills with amazing views and the swing in the back porch is where we spent most of our time. We enjoyed this trip and barely left the cabin. Also had to do a bit of work and the wifi is awesome for every tv to be on and a zoom call. Loved the outdoor bar and TV it was great for entertaining the kids and adults! Already booked to come back in the fall

  Was delighted with the cabin and all of its luxury. Lonesome Dove is one of our favorite movies of all time and the cabin was tasteful decorated true to form of the movie.
